The dark lady of DNA :Rosalind Franklin

An awesome book by Brenda Maddox. The book doesn't use complex words and yet gives a lively narration of the life of Rosalind Franklin.Intricate details from Rosalind's childhood till her death has been taken care of. The book even tells the layman that scientists especially succesful ones can be fashion savvy. The book makes one feel that one needs to use their potentials and achieve something in life.It also nails the point into ones head that one should stay focussed on the goal to be achieved and not be heart broken by incidents(no matter how big they are). It also makes one think of ethical issues in science. Though it is improper to say who was right or wrong(I think those who have read the book or know rosalind can figure out what I am talking) it is a fact to be accepted that she was never given credit for her work.
